How far in advance should I book?
For bridal services, we recommend booking 4-6 months in advance to secure your date, especially during peak wedding season (May-September). For special occasions, 2-3 weeks' notice is ideal, though we can sometimes accommodate last-minute bookings depending on availability.
Do you travel to clients?
Yes, we offer on-location services within a 30-mile radius of our studio. Travel fees may apply depending on distance and time. For locations beyond this range or for destination events, please contact us for a custom quote.
What brands do you use?
We work with a curated selection of professional, high-performance brands including Charlotte Tilbury, Pat McGrath Labs, NARS, Make Up For Ever, and MAC. All products are hypoallergenic and suitable for sensitive skin. We're also happy to incorporate products you already own and love.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with a clean, moisturized face. Wear a top that can be easily removed without disturbing your makeup (button-down or wide neckline). For trials and lessons, bring reference photos of looks you like, and any products you currently use.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% fee. For bridal bookings, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled dates if available.
Do you accommodate allergies or sensitivities?
Absolutely. Please inform us of any allergies or sensitivities during your consultation, and we'll ensure we use appropriate products. We have options for those with sensitive skin, fragrance allergies, or specific ingredient concerns.
